At Poko.ma, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for creating digital resumes. We offer core features completely free of charge, allowing users to test our service before upgrading to premium features (such as Custom Domains or Private Profiles).

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for paid services on Poko.ma:

1. Digital Services & Instant Activation

Because our paid features are digital goods/services activated instantly or customized to your account (e.g., configuring custom domain routing), purchases are generally considered final once the service has been successfully activated and delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Users may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions only:

  • Technical Failure: If a paid feature was purchased but failed to activate due to a technical flaw on our end that our support team could not resolve within 48 hours.
  • 7-Day Money-Back Period: For eligible subscription upgrades, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that third-party services (such as custom domain registration or mapping) have not been actively provisioned.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Fees associated with third-party costs that have already been incurred (e.g., custom domain registration fees).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
  • Simple change of mind after the premium service has been fully activated and used.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at contact@poko.ma with your registered email and transaction receipt/ID.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment gateway processing times.

5. Policy Updates

Poko.ma reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated date.
