Our platform ("Platform") prioritizes the privacy and protection of our users' personal data. We are committed to operating in alignment with applicable general data protection principles, including Moroccan Law No. 09.08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

This policy outlines how data is collected, processed, stored, and used when using our platform to create your digital profile or resume (CV/Portfolio).

1. General Status & Nature of Service (Beta Version)

This platform is an independent technical project currently in its Beta version, developed and maintained by an independent Moroccan developer to support digitalization and help individuals easily create and share digital resumes. Using the platform constitutes your full and explicit acceptance of this policy.

2. Collected Data & Sign-In Method

We use simplified and secure data collection methods:

  • Sign in with Google (Google OAuth): Used exclusively for authentication and account security. We only retrieve your Gmail address, display name, and profile picture (Avatar).
  • Profile & Resume Data: Includes information provided voluntarily by the user (e.g., full name, phone number, work experience, education, social links, profile photo).
  • Important Notice: All data entered into the profile page is strictly optional and subject to user discretion. Users must strictly refrain from entering sensitive personal data (e.g., national ID numbers, banking details, health or political data).

3. Cookies, Sessions, and Analytics

  • Essential Cookies & Sessions: We use essential session cookies to maintain your logged-in state, secure your platform session, and ensure core features function properly.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the platform and to improve performance. Google Analytics collects non-personally identifiable information (such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and general country location). You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

4. Purpose of Processing & Public Visibility

  • Primary Purpose: Generating and formatting resumes (downloadable as PDF, Word, HTML, etc.) and hosting a digital profile accessible via a personalized URL.
  • Consent to Public Display: Users acknowledge and explicitly consent that data added to their public profile will be visible to the public via their custom link, fulfilling the service's purpose (sharing resumes with prospective employers).

5. Data Storage & International Transfer (Firebase)

  • To ensure optimal security and performance, user data, images, and documents are stored using globally recognized Google Firebase infrastructure.
  • Users acknowledge and consent that their data may be stored or processed on secure, encrypted Google cloud servers, protected via industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/HTTPS).

6. User Rights & Data Control

In accordance with the general principles of Law 09.08, users retain full control over their personal data:

  • Right to Access and Modify: Review and update your information in real-time from your dashboard.
  • Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten: Permanently delete your account and all associated data/files instantly with a single click in your settings.
  • Right to Restrict Visibility: Leave optional fields blank or hide information from public view at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Data Protection Standards

  • No Selling or Renting: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers.
  • Content Responsibility: Users bear full legal responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the content and images uploaded to their profile.
